Non-Player Characters
Sylvia Christel She is the reason you are all here—head bitch in charge of the UAA. She says "we agents" but she is the only one worth replying to and, indeed, the only visible agent in the entire company. Nothing more than the most elaborate of con-artists in the first game, Sylvia has since started to build an empire based on assassination and she will use any means, sexual and not, to get her way. Be forewarned, her mood will change as often as her clothing, and she won't hesitate to snap at her assassins despite their considerably stronger physique. Try if you will, you can't kill her, silly. Sylvia is impossible to find or contact, unless you're registering for a ranked battle, or she feels like talking to you.
Travis Touchdown A longtime resident of Santa Destroy, Travis is a rather abrasive, geeky man who tends to keep to himself. Or he used to, anyway, until the Akashic Points started dropping people onto his front porch. He seems to know a lot about the UAA, and he and Sylvia have an... interesting relationship. |
Henry Cooldown An Irishman who crops up from time to time, always shrouded in mystery
![]() | Shinobu (Scarlet Jacobs) Shinobu was previously a ranked assassin before defeat at Travis Touchdown's hands. Since then, she has gone on to hone her skills overseas, where she hopes to become the most prestigious assassin in Asia.. |
![]() | Bishop Shidux Bishop works at Beef Head, the video/dvd/game rental store--he's your go-to for movie knowledge and recommendations, from the popular Hollywood films to the most obscure anime. He appears to be close friends with Travis Touchdown.
Dr. Naomi Santa Destroy's weapons expert. She is a professional scientist and engineer, and can assist with weaponry upgrades, for a price. She has a distaste for otaku. |
![]() | K-Entertainment Officially, this is an advertising agency; however, behind the scenes, the organization sets you up with small-time assassination gigs. They are inaccessable without an introduction ticket, which can be earned at the Job Center. The woman at the desk seems to have a very strange accent.
![]() | Job Center The Job Center can set you some up with honest work, if that's what you're after. They run the job bulletin board, and provide introduction tickets to K-entertainment, if your work is quality. Don't mind that they call you third-rate. |
Diane Diane is the long-suffering employee at Beef Head. It tends to be her job to call about overdue materials, so please try to turn your things in on time.
![]() | Mask Do UH Mask Do UH is the owner of the clothing store Area 51. His tastes are questionable at best, but he has good prices. |
![]() | Randall Lovikov The town drunk. Lovikov can almost always be found drinking at at bar plastic model, and you'd be hard-pressed to ever find him sober. If prompted a certain way, players can learn special wrestling moves from him. Careful, though--he encourages hands-on learning.
![]() | Thunder Ryu The owner of the Thunder Ryu Bldg, Thunder Ryu runs a gym and works as a personal trainer. He's also a ghost, having been killed very recently by a ranked assassin. In life, he was a wrestler-turned-Yakuza-turned-trainer. He does a good job, even if he is a little strange. |
![]() | The UAA Your hosts in Santa Destroy. The United Assassin's Association is a mysterious organization of elite assassins that seems to be run by Sylvia Christel. They organize all the ranked battles, but past that, their true motives are unclear at best and sinister at worst.
![]() | Talbot and Weller A pair of UAA employees who assist Sylvia when she finds it necessary. They occasionally help set up ranked battles, but they are more often seen disposing of the bodies of fallen assassins--they will be the ones putting assassins back together after ranked fights.
![]() | S51 Labs In charge of monitoring and stabilizing Akashic points, S51 is responsible for the Akashic points that bring new people into the city. Though they mostly work behind the scenes, doctors and interns sometimes speak up in news publications.
![]() | Goons If you see bulky men in suits coming toward you with guns or beam katanas, it might be time to run. These men are controlled by the UAA and are stronger than your average person. If they get the jump on you, you don't stand a chance. |
![]() | Rank 10 The UAA’s tenth ranking assassin, with a tendency to leave behind lots of blood and mangled corpses, likes to fuck shit up. Forfeit is apparently not a world allowed in his book, and he has a flair for the dramatic. Dramatic, bloody battles especially. He's responsible for giving Sylvia some of the ideas on how to punish the assassins that pissed her off.
